61 years old female: 2 month history of urinary frequency and lower abdominal pain. On examination: a pelvic mass reaching to the umbilicus. CT imaging: a large right-sided pelvic mass (17 x 8 x 14 cm) with evidence of peritoneal disease. CA125 marginally elevated at 51; CEA, CA19-9, AFP normal. At laparotomy: extensive intra-abdominal and pelvic tumour. Gross pathology: multiple cream coloured tumour masses 25 to 105mm in maximum dimension with areas of haemorrhage and necrosis.
