Mujer de 59 anos con antecedentes de colecistectomia y by-pass gastrico que se presenta al ginecologo por sangrado vaginal intermitente de 2 meses de duracion. La paciente es sometida a una biopsia diagnostica seguida por una histerectomia y anexectomia bilateral. Durante la intervencion quirurgica no se observa tumor en pelvis or peritoneo. A los 9 meses la paciente presenta recidiva vaginal y pelvica.
